  • PASMA Trained and Certified in the safe erection and use of scaffolding.
  • If required our erection teams can provide Method Statements and Risk Assessments to meet your site safety standards.

Foundations services

At any point during the consideration of your purchase from Three Counties Buildings Ltd we are happy to provide, free of charge and with no obligation, foundation drawings for your proposed building. In this way you will be able to obtain independent pricing for your building base which will allow you to make a timely start in the construction process if you so wish.

Equally we can of course quote for groundworks if required.

Our buildings can also be erected on existing bases if structurally suitable. Floor mounting details may vary so please contact us to discuss options.

Planning and Regulations

Local Authorities typically have their own specific regulations with regards to what is, and what isn't allowed, since regulations may vary from area to area and change from time to time.

However, a useful leaflet for domestic undertakings, is available from your local authority and is called :-

We are happy to provide visual drawings of your intended structure free of charge for presentation to your local authority. If required we can also provide structural calculations on a building by building basis although, in view of the work involved, we do make a charge for these which is dependant upon the building size.
